What TV Show You Should Watch Based on Your Astrological Sign

Whether you believe in it or not, astrology is a fun way of using the stars and your birthday to predict personality traits, social habits and interests. If you are looking for a show that you will relate to on a spiritual level, keep reading to find out what TV show you should watch based on your zodiac sign!

1. Aries (March 21 – April 20)  — “Peaky Blinders

As a fire sign, Aries are born leaders with high ambitions. The main character Thomas Shelby (Cillian Murphy) is a member of one of the most successful gangs in England after the Great War until he decides to carve his path and pursue a more lucrative business. Strong-willed and full of courage, Aries will find many things to relate to in this show.

2. Taurus (April 21 – May 20)  — “Ted Lasso”

One word that most accurately describes a Taurus is determined. Ted Lasso ( Jason Sudeikis) is an American football coach who moves to the UK to coach soccer. Despite the many challenges being thrown his way, Ted makes the best of every situation. A Taurus knows how to balance work and life, and still has lots of fun while doing so.

3. Gemini (May 21 – June 20) — “Echoes”

The twins that represent Gemini have been perfectly showcased in “Echoes.” The main characters, Leni and Gina (Michelle Monaghan), are twin sisters who seem to have opposite but normal lives until one disappears. Like a Gemini, the characters in this show have layers that you have to continue peeling away at to find their true colors.

4. Cancer (June 21 – July 22) — “Ginny and Georgia”

Cancers are known for doing anything for the ones they love. “Ginny and Georgia” accurately depicts how far a Cancer will go to ensure the ones around them are safe. The mother-daughter duo Ginny (Antonia Gentry) and Georgia (Brianne Howey) try to navigate their not-so-ordinary life in an ordinary community. Like a protective mother, cancers are fierce and intuitive.

5. Leo (July 23 – Aug. 22) — “Never Have I Ever”

Despite being easily dragged into drama, Leos have hearts of gold. In the show “Never Have I Ever,” the main character Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) has to navigate high school after a traumatic year of losing her father. Devi’s courage and determination to climb the social ladder make her the perfect representation of a Leo.

6. Virgo (Aug 23 – Sept 22) — “Jane the Virgin”

Even though Virgo’s symbol is the virgin, the show “Jane the Virgin” represents Virgo in more ways than you might think. When the main character Jane ( Gina Rodriguez) goes to the clinic for a routine visit, her seemingly perfect world gets flipped upside down. Virgos are known perfectionists that like control and order. However, their mindfulness and calm aura help them navigate complicated decisions.

7. Libra (Sept. 23 – Oct. 22) — “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit”

All about fairness and justice, Libras are always finding a way to make sure everyone gets what they deserve. “Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” follows the elite detectives of the NYPD as they seek justice for the crimes committed in their community. Balancing head and heart, Libras always try their best to be empathetic while also doing what’s right. 

“Law and Order: Special Victims Unit” is available to stream on Peacock, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video and Apple TV+. 

8. Scorpio (Oct. 23 – Nov. 22) — “Wednesday”

Often seen as the dark and mysterious sign, Scorpios like to be hidden in the shadows away from the world. However, their time spent in the dark allows them to bring some things to light. The main character Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) spends her semester at Nevermore Academy unraveling a tricky murder mystery. Her dark personality makes her fearless and insightful, representing the Scorpio perfectly.

9. Sagitarius (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21) — “Emily In Paris”

Their need to see the world and learn makes the Sagittarius adventurous and free. In “Emily in Paris,” the main character Emily (Lily Collins) moves to Paris to bring her American perspective to a marketing firm. Despite the uncertainty of moving to a new country by herself, Emily’s desire to explore and learn about the culture allows her to live life to the fullest, which is the ultimate goal of a Sagittarius.

10. Capricorn (Dec. 22 – Jan. 19) — “Game of Thrones”

The symbol representing Capricorn is the goat — meaning they will do anything to get to the top. “Game of Thrones” is set in medieval times and takes you through two royal families fighting to rule the seven kingdoms and sit atop the iron throne. The storytelling and characters in “Game of Thrones” make it one of the greatest shows of all time. The Capricorn will relate to the work ethic and perseverance of the warriors in this show.

11. Aquarius (Jan. 20 – Feb. 19) — “Bridgerton”

An Aquarius is a known social butterfly that tries to keep up with those around them. “Bridgerton” is set in the Regency era where the eight siblings of the Bridgerton family have to meticulously upkeep their social status to find romance — or an arranged marriage. Aquarius’ brilliance, social skills and friendliness make them great members of any group.

12. Pisces (Feb. 20 – March 20) — “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”

With a special talent for creativity, Pisces love to use their imagination to their advantage. Set in the late 1950s, “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” follows an aspiring comedian through her career while she tries to balance her home and personal life. Like the Pisces, the main character Miriam Maisel (Rachel Brosnahan)  is witty, adaptable and hard-working. 

“Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” is available to stream on Prime Video.
